I'm not even a Xfinity or Comcast customer and yet they got my credit card information somehow and billed me. I closed my card, disputed the charge and was sent a new card. I just activated my new card yesterday (new card number) and received another fraudulent charge from Comcast the very next day. How is this possible? What a bogus company that they have to steal money to stay in business! I hope government officials catch wind of this fraud and get to the bottom of it. Fire every last dishonest person involved with this company!!! I have never been an Xfinity or Comcast customer! Scary huh? Thieves!

Xfinity is good supper WiFi but I’m 5 months into it and my bill increased by $3. I tried figuring out why it increased by $3 and asked if my bill will increase anymore. They told me my bill will increase by $48 after having them for one year. That’s over a 50% increase. I’ll keep them till then but I’ll definitely be looking for a different provider.

This is THE WORST place to deal with. The “manager” makes her own hours and shuts down for extended periods of time and closes before the closing time. She is rude and condescending. It is annoying that this is the only place in Manitowoc to go. I set up cable for my uncle in an assisted living and his service is blocked the next day because they need Id verification for him at the store. This was not told to me when I set it up and they tried calling the wrong number to reach me. They did it wrong…..and now can’t go to this store because she wants to close an hour early. She needs to be fired.

Try to using the online automated chat version and could not figure out solution . Brought me to prompt multiple times and no resolution. When using the chat feature with a person online it lost connection half way thought. I then got a text massage about my service. I rated this a 1, as I was on hold on the phone with the company as they texted me. Currently have been on hold for over an hour.

If I could give this location and Xfinity in general zero stars I absolutely would. If you have the ability to choose any other service providers, please for your sanity, choose anyone other than xfinity!!! Customer service is horrible especially at this location and good luck talking to anyone through their 800 number. Plus internet is spotty AT BEST.
