After coming from a firm who made a complete mess of our business taxes in 2019 and 2020 Xel(Quire at the time) helped clean up our business books/taxes and give our small business some peace of mind. Sunny was awful at communicating with me. Four weeks went by without getting a response from him. Then he finally called back to let me know he had been too busy with others to start my taxes.
He did end up doing my taxes, when the IRS sent me a letter saying I had not paid enough on my taxes I texted, called, and emailed Sunny and got no response. He didn’t do the math correctly and I did end up paying more.
I get mistakes happen, but not communicating or responding to clients is a joke.
