The owner and mechanics at Workstatt are very effective and professional. They worked on my transmission and my Suburban has never run so smoothly. I bought a Mini and had the BEST experience. I looked at *many* cars with my mechanic. This car was in mint condition and they had fixed all issues it had prior to putting it up for sale. This place saved my day!
I don't usually write reviews, but this experience was exceptional. I was from out of town, my brakes failed, and I had an important event to attend. They were incredibly understanding and worked quickly to get my parts and fix my car. The price was fair, the service was top-notch, and they even went above and beyond by calling me when a nearby restaurant returned my lost backpack.
I can't recommend this shop enough. Honest, hardworking, and knowledgeable – they truly turned a stressful situation into a positive one. If you need a mechanic in California, look no further! I will be forever grateful.
