Wow Emily..what more can I say!
We reached out to Emily thru email (as we were out of the country) with questions regarding our marketplace insurance. She absolutely went above and beyond to answer ALL questions including calling Marketplace directly (and escalating to a supervisor) and our insurance company. She used whatsapp to have a conference with Marketplace call to confirm personal details which also allowed us to hear the real time answers to our questions. She is absolutely the best person to help you through any insurance questions you may have and if she doesn't know for sure, she will reach out to her contacts to get you answer.
