We attended a meeting with Woods Financial at our public library. The information we received made us go home and look at our current investment accounts. We knew then that we wanted to meet further with Woods Financial and have them look over our accounts. They helped us understand what we needed to do to achieve our dreams during retirement. My husband and I had our first appointment with Woods Financial approximately two years ago. (I had gone to one of their seminars and felt comfortable that I would not be made to feel like an idiot at my first appointment!) Neither one of us had any experience with financial planning. We had a little bit of money put aside in our 401(k)s and we weren’t sure how to make it work for us.
