My questions were answered while there. However my single question I asked via email has not gotten a response. It's silly. It's not like in asking you to file more paper work just answer my question and I'll be out your hair. Can't imagine replying to an email is considered a bother since your not making money off me even though I already spent almost 300$. I wanted to give more stars but the post customer service is awful

I have been waiting over a year for a basic tax return. I've called Debbie almost weekly for months regarding this and have been blown off over and over again. I never get a call back, this hasn't been resolved, I've gotten no information on where all my money even is, and they won't even refund what I paid them just to do the return that I've never even gotten. Terrible company to do business with.
