I would not trust this company!!! I had gotten a job through them. I worked at that job for 2 weeks and then was fired with no explanation! The employees at Westphal staffing then said they would find me a new job easily and quickly given my good work ethic. I ended up finding my own work within the next 3 days of being fired. I called the company to let them know I had found work and they refuse to speak with me without any explanation. I tried reaching out via email for tax purposes and I got a letter from their lawyer stating I was never able to contact them again. I tried getting an explanation from the lawyer as to why they would not speak to me. I ended up having to contact the IRS to end my employment through them. I have never had this much disrespect from a company in my life, and I work in healthcare.

Westphal Staffing has been a wonderful place to find employment. I met with Liz and she worked diligently to find me a perfect fit. She found a great and flexible position after I had my daughter.
