Went in for a routine oil change and serpentine belt replacement, pretty average repair. The wrong size serpentine belt was put on, fell off my car within a month of service. Guys didn't seem like they knew what they were doing, or were intentionally being negligent when all it takes is a Google search and a pit stop at any auto parts store to get the correct belt. Very disappointed in this shop, cannot recommend this shop to anyone. Customer service with this issue has been very bad as well, was told initially that it was my fault, had to go to a different shop to have this work done correctly, and was only refunded for the part 😐

I was driving on the highway in the pouring rain when my windshield wiper flew off and was hanging on by a thread. I was able to stop here with no appointment and they fixed it without 15 minutes. Incredibly friendly service and am very thankful for the gentleman that helped me, basically saved my life.

This was by far the fastest oil change I have ever experienced. Very efficient and down to earth, no "fluff" about this place. They are very reasonably priced and offer a buy 4 get one card. I came here because they have some extended hours which was very convenient.

I am not from this area and I had car trouble.. I google nearest auto repair, I pulled up without question, he fixed my vehicle within minutes. I asked him what I owed him he said nothing just helping a fellow friend out. I just want to say thank you and I will pay it forward...

Wow. We were driving north on our way to Hayward and our wheel bearings started to fail. We got so lucky to stop here. Gene stayed after hours to fix it! His wife drove to the next town to get the part and he even offered us his truck to drive and get dinner while we waited! We're from Chicago and we're always amazed by small town kindness, but this takes the cake. Thanks so much!!

I highly recommend this place- They changed my brake pads for an affordable price. Super fast service and they were very responsive to my phone calls! I will be back 🙂
