The stuff was super friendly, professional and efficient. The assisting nurse even helped my 6 year old daughter overcome her fear of the nasal swab by kneeling down and talking to her in a very calm manner. It was amazing! Great staff and crew always there to help the community.

HORRIBLE service. One of the workers swabbed so violently they made my nose bleed, and some of the staff is transphobic. One also told me to stop showing up because I was too ‘frequently sick’ and to instead go to the doctor. (I test once every 2 weeks because I have high-risk family members). They also told me this when I was the only customer there as if it were a hassle to help a single person. They do NOT call about the results, the last time they actually did tell me my results was 5 tests ago and was nearly two weeks after the test. They are supposed to post the results online but instead only post N/A for every category. I now call the nurses directly because the call center does not pick up or respond to voicemails. If I could leave a negative star review I would.

I have availed myself of the Weber Covid testing center in La Crosse, WI many times and find it to be easy to use, well organized and staffed with friendly and very capable people. I would recommend it to anyone.
