So I am literally in front of the office building spoke with a girl at the front desk yesterday to make an appt, she took down my first and last name phone number and email. She then told me I will receive an email with different scheduling dates that I can choose from. I waited and never got an email; I wake up this morning drive here. Doors are locked I pressed 206 on the pad no answer. I then call and she proceeds to tell me "she can schedule me over the phone" after she is made aware that I am downstairs and came to schedule a consultation because it didn't work over the phone the first time. You guys can take this information and proceed as you please with this cpa. Choosing the right cpa is equivalent to choosing the right brain surgeon. ENERGY doesn't lie people do.

During my phone consultation, the lady that scheduled a call with me was clueless and did not have an idea of what I was talking about or needed help with. I explained my needs and was motivated to seek help from WBCPA after watching all the videos but it was discouraging talking to a person who did not have any idea of taxes. I strongly recommend training your business development specialists to at least have an idea of what clients need help with or simply have a CPA talk to them for a few minutes during the initial consultation. That said, seek a different CPA and spend your money else where. .
