Update: 12/03/2019
Roof leak in bedroom over looking garage area for the past 5 years. Vintage doesn’t contact roofer in appropriate amount of time and fails to inform homeowner of progress related to a permanent fix. Every winter Vintage management approves roofing patch after water damage has occurred in same spot for years. Vintage and it’s employees are incompetent and lack management skills. Don’t have this company manage any of your properties.

The gardening is still a problem every week at Raintree condos. We have contacted vintage management via email and phone and nothing gets done. Erica and her supervisor I forgot her name but will update when I remember gives excuses on why a professional landscape company does not remove weeds, edge grass, or pick up trimmings. They will leave behind yard waste for over a week. Looks like an abandon property. This company does not value its customers which are home owners and will blame others but will never correct the issue. Vintage Management get it together and make some calls to the company’s you manage for the this condo complex and walk through the entire community to make sure work is being done correctly.

This is a weekly complaint from our townhomes. With no access to our paid amenities in the last 5 years (Tennis court, Pool & Spa) and no help for things like this that are happening on an inexcusable basis.

I'm starting to think this company is owned by a bunch of thevies. I'd like my money to be used for what I pay for.

Opposite of many of the reviews, I have had only excellent responsiveness and professional behavior. I worked with Vintage at getting my CC&Rs and purchasing my keys and fobs to the amenities. I contacted Vintage to get information about the pool and spa. I needed policy directives about getting permits for future improvements. And lately, I got help during a minor plumbing emergency during a holiday weekend. At each issue was quick responsiveness, clear direction and a courteous tone. The folks there do try to get right to the root of an issue. There must have been some drastic improvements since some of the negative reviews were posted.

Raintree in Ontario.
Staff Will not return phone calls or emails. Rude and disrespectful staff. Will not provide timely repairs or provide company information where repairs are supposedly scheduled but never show to complete work. Office staff Hangs up (disconnects phone calls). Terrible customer service. Does not maintain common areas. Does not respond to emergency repairs (water pouring into unit during rains).

Where do I start...lazy, ignorant, lazy, no attention to detail, lazy, slow to respond, lazy....They should have their license taken away. Storage trailer, with graffiti and mounds of trash on property and left unattended. No effort to clean up and remove. Should be zero stars. Appears I'm one of a long line of unhappy people. No surprise!

Wish stars could be given in .5 increments. I do not mind unprofessionalism, since not all companies due diligent training. I do not mind rudeness, for we all have our days. Yet when you add to that inefficiency to do their jobs it’s quite mind boggling.

Had an HOA leak and it took over 1 year to get the roof fixed. I made many calls and took in letters and made requests in person. They don't get anything done. They don't inspect any repairs done by contractors to the hot area.
Office is closed for the past 8 months due to COVID. Dropped off request for payment tonight for all the receipts for damage.

If you call them, they don't return calls. If you email them, they don't respond. Sent a certified letter and it disappeared.

So tonight I had my partner take photos of me putting my request for payment in their drop slot so I have proof when they don't respond or deny getting it. I posted the pictures on Google Maps/Reviews.

Worst management company ever! I’ve been trying to contact them for over a month about a roof leak and have yet to even receive an email back. It’s currently raining in my house for the third time. I’m going to have to seek legal action if I want anything done I guess. *Edit: It took four months to get my roof fixed. The damage cost me over $1000.
