In the beginning, I began to look for local and out of state refinance loans on a VA loan I received when I first purchased my house. I was getting some figures from some of the locations and the APR was not something I was wanting to really do. There were several things that the house needed and with what those places were offering, I didn’t see that it would be possible to make those changes happen. I then received a call from an employee with Villag Capital and Investments one night when I got home. She began to explain that the percentage they are working with was going to be lower than what was offered. She provided me with options on what we could do after she got a credit check on me done. She gave me numbers and so forth and began to make the process. I still was looking at other loan places to see what they would do once I provided them with the information that I got from Village Capital. No one was willing to match that. As the process went through, I ended up coming across some information that made me question Village Capital. By this time, I was working with an employee by the name of Mandy Blackmore. She then received and revised my email and then called me where she was able to explain all the question I had involving their company and as to why those reviews may have been posted. Everything was fine after that. The process went thought and while the processing was taking place, Mandy ensured me by being able to stay up on top of things and making sure that all the much needed paperwork was gathered and properly documented and submitted within the reasonable time. Because of her work ethic, I strongly feel that it is one of the main reasons that my wife and I maintained working with Village Capital. I greatly appreciate everything that Mandy did for us to make this work. Thank you!

Overall good people doing performing their duties correctly. I did a cash out refi with them and moved from fha to va. Due to the movement to va and that i was taking cash out, the process took longer than a streamline mortgage. Village Capital, in particular Mandy Blackmore, guided me through this process helping to navigate the requirements. I will utiloze im the future if the need arises again.
