If I could give this business a ZERO I would. My first encounter with Mrs. Burke was very pleasant and I thought that she would be our tax provider for years but this year was the complete opposite. I delivered my taxes to Mrs. Burke on 3/12 and she said they would be ready in a week turnaround. First issue she canceled due to weather. She was scared to drive in the rain and so I was completely understanding. Next meeting she never canceled on me without a phone call or email. After that she ghosted (ignored my emails and calls) me until today. I sent her various emails about how important communication is with clients and instead of apologizing she intern proceeded to send me emails with comments like these ""I don't care about your opinion its meaningless make your own personal inner self reflections on impatience pushy selfish person never contact me again!!!"
Mrs. Burke lacks the professionalism that I showed her in our email conversations nor does she have the will to admit when she has committed a mistake. She gives women that are in business a bad name. She lacks compassion when she is upset and doesn't get her way.
As a member of the armed forces I WOULD NOT recommend this business to anyone in the military or civilian sector. If Mrs. Burke hasn't already shown you her true colors she definitely will once you do not do as she says. She showed that It's her way or the highway mentality. She defiantly lacks communication skills, politeness. and customer service. She is a direct reflection as to what is wrong with the world today. Why is it so hard for people just to be kind especially if you own a business and are providing a service to people.
I can not state this enough DO NOT GO HERE!! I should have read the comments on yelp before trusting this individual with my taxes. I completely will rate her as the rudest woman that I have had to deal with. I do have the emails to prove it as well.
Three words: RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL, and HORRIBLE.
SAVE YOURSELF TIME AND GO ELSEWHERE.
