The first lawyer said we had no chance. The second proved that we had no chance. When we were unsuccessful with our initial attempts with legal counsel we began direct negotiations with the District and they budged a bit - offering us a fraction of the amount we needed to fund our daughter's special education needs. We got another lawyer to review their offer and she recommended we sign... but she said if we did want to move forward with a lawsuit - we should use David.
