I have been trying for over 2 months to get my key to our HOA operational again. I have gotten nothing but the run around from this terrible company.
Nobody there is ever available as they always seem to be home early.
I have made numerous calls and sent over 20 emails trying to resolve a simple issue.
This company is completely incompetent.

I've been living in this development for approximately 2-years and find it well kept and safe. I enjoy my neighbors and the diversity that I did not experience at my former residence. I utilize the pool facilities during the warmer months and appreciate the care the pool service takes in keeping it clean. I would though, greatly wish other members of the community who frequent the pool facilities take better care in keeping it clean. I have routinely found trash thrown about, spills not cleaned up, and furniture not cared for and thrown up onto the center roof and into the spa. I greatly appreciate the janitorial, pool, and landscape services and express my gratitude to them when encountered.

WORST management group . ZERO communication with home owners when something happen. I had packages stolen on our property 01/26 ( Friday) and I quickly emailed pictures and video of the incident to Kayla Reynolds and Shayla Pulido. I understand it's the weekend so I was expecting some response come Monday. ZERO. I called and left a message 01/29 Monday and 01/30 Tues . but still haven't received any email or call back from them. they will gladly take you monthly HOA fee. BUT DO NOT expect any services in return. I will suggest a change in management group for our Southern Oaks Community this coming board meeting.

I have been a proud resident in this community for the past few years, and overall, my experience with the homeowners association has been exceptionally positive.

The community is well-maintained, and the HOA actively contributes to a pleasant living environment. The landscaping is beautiful, and common areas are always clean and well-kept. The amenities provided, from the clubhouse to the swimming pool, are fantastic and add significant value to our community.

While my interactions with the HOA have been limited, they have been positive. The team is responsive and approachable, addressing concerns promptly. I had a minor issue with parking last year, and the HOA was quick to respond, even though it turned out the car in question wasn't even mine. Their commitment to ensuring a harmonious living experience truly stood out.

I appreciate the efforts of the HOA in maintaining a high standard of living for all residents. Thank you for making this community a wonderful place to call home.

For over six years I made my due payment on time on your website. I mistakenly clicked on the wrong key causing you to say my payment was rejected by my bank. I called and emailed you notifying you of my mistake and willing to share my bank statement to prove funds were there but you refused and continued to charge me a bank fee of $25.00.
Your poor policy is pathetic!
