I had a SCHEDULED appointment on 10/15 at 3pm. I showed up at 2:45 the office was closed for no apparent reason. I called the 800 number couldn't get through, went online so I could reschedule but then I thought does it jeopardize my case. I went back the following morning before 8am. The lady at the door is RUDE! Very dismissive and condescending. She barely opens the door, I try to let her know what happened previous day if they could honor the appointment, she proceeds to close the door on me opens back up and hands me a paper with info(which is what is in the website) and says she can't help me. I asked her nicely if I could speak to someone who could answer my question or honor the appointment that to no fault of my own wasn't processed. Again she continues to talk over me and says I need to follow the instructions on the paper. I ended up leaving and eventually found out that the reason they have been closing early is because there is construction/sewer issues behind the lot from the building. They don't like the SMELL! Apparently they have been doing this to a lot of people. This is SO UNNECESSARY & UNACCEPTABLE not only did I need to pull away from work but since this review I had to reschedule and the closest available appointment is 2 weeks out. I have to ask for time off again. Not only that I waited about 3 weeks for this appointment! As far as that Lady at the door she needs to reevaluate herself and have a moral compass. If people are there it's for a reason not to waste anyone's time. My time is valuable so the best thing would be is to honor an appointment the following day!

My mom had her appointment today earlier. The woman who was at the door was very disrespectful with her during the process. When my mom returned to the car she was really sad and disappointed for the unprofessional service she got.
