Had a very smooth experience. The process from making an appointment, to uploading documents, to joining a zoom call, to using Docusign to do the signing was all pretty seamless. I did make a mistake where I didn't click 'Save' on the initial document upload, but the notary pointed this out during our appointment and it was easy to correct. Would recommend and the price is fair.
