Moving to the area and wanting to be ready for a big ticket purchase, three months ago I sent a friend who is an account holder here $20K for deposit into his account to be available to me during the transition, until I could be physically present to establish my own, local bank account . Today, I went to retrieve the remaining/unused funds, for which he wrote me a check to cash at the Two Rivers branch. They assessed me $7 just to get the rest of my money back! I guess banks get to be robbers in disguise these days. No way will I be a customer there when setting up my own, local account relationship. It took forever and was a totally dispiriting experience. Looking at local credit unions now.

Hello I really enjoy using this bank and the employees all know me by name. They are a wonderful branch to work with. Sometimes corporate decisions interfere with how the beach operates but that should not be reflected onto the branch.

Also there hours are
Monday - Friday 9:00am-4:00pm
Saturday and Sunday Closed

The tellers were especially amiable and accommodating. This seems to be representative of everyone who works there, that I have interacted with, as the manager I have met with before was also very cordial. The inside of the bank is also rather clean and well cared for.

Having been an educator in public schools for 34 years, I've NEVER been treated to such unprofessionalism as that displayed by Brenda Novak the branch manager earlier today. I am a US Bank customer, who notified "Sam" days in advance I would be closing on a business property and needed to do a wire transfer and closing at the branch. Upon arriving, it was obvious lines of communication had malfunctioned. The VP of the outside bank and I were "icily" admitted to conduct our short transaction. Minutes upon entering a conference room in an otherwise darkened building, Brenda entered the room unexpectedly and berated both myself and the VP of Business for conducting what was a simple matter of signing a few documents and transferring my money. Red-faced, we hastily concluded and let ourselves out. I will conduct any personal and professional business with US Bank at the Two Rivers branch hereon. Welcome to Manitowoc, eh.

Spent 45 minutes for a 5 minute issue. Here on a trip and needed to make a transfer. Surprisingly rude management. Have banked with this bank for over 10 years, but this branch was very difficult to work with as an "out of towner."

The mortgage guy sent personal information over unsecure emails. And the VA DOES NOT require an escrow account. Banks and insurance will be the reason this nation will fall. Crooked liars
