extremely rude program manager, receptionist, and payee. this company is completely bias and treats their wards’ family members like garbage. hanging up on people, verbally attacking people, not giving two craps about the ward’s wishes. they’re backstabbers and they do not deserve guardianship over anyone!

The payee service needs to be Investigated for fraud but it will never happen because that whole county is corrupt I know for a fact several people they have kept thousands of dollars and not 1 letter saying they had the money then denying they had it until ssi got involved and I'm not talking about a couple hundred it was like over 8 thousand dollars luckily they where made to pay it and myself they kept over 3 grand I was able to get it back after contacting the ssi office in lacrosse
