I have two daughters they both did their taxes at the same time different locations though, one of them got her refund by mail already. Meanwhile that one that came to this place well- was told that her tax refund was going to be available in 7 days by choosing direct deposit, that it was faster and more secure. But it’s been a month, -meanwhile she had to borrow money cuz she was told one thing and it’s a different one- then my daughter called to ask what had happened how come she hadn’t received anything and she was told that ( YOU HAVE TO CONSIDER THAT IT TAKES 21 DAYS FOR YOU TO GET YOUR REFUND ) so what happened to 7 days direct deposit? plus they charge to much.

They have poor service they don't attend you on time and every time they say their going to call they never Call back nor if you make A appointment . They stay with all your information until you start bugging them about it and Just For your W-2 forms !! The money the government owe us ! But I don't recommend ppl going here to do your taxes ITS REALLY A DRAG . They make up excuses so they can have time to scam you .

If you looking to open a case for inmigration go first to ask with a lawyer that really are especialice on Inmigration laws, this is a bad choice if really you filling a case here, they laying to take all the money , they invented a fake history about cause they know what do you want, they take from my pocket about 5,000$ For nothing, but thanks god immigration officers don't do anything about my wife.

UNAUTHORIZED LAW PRACTICE OF ELENA ORIZABAL!
The State Bar of California provided this letter to my friends who were "clients" of Ms. Orizabal. She is a FRAUD and has no legal authority to work on your case. She stole over $6000 claiming she had processed all documents through the consulate, while never passing the initial step one. She also delayed response and they had to pay their initial $425 ASO/IV fee THREE TIMES.
DO NOT GO HERE AND FILE A CRIMINAL COMPLAINT IF YOU ARE CURRENTLY A CLIENT.

¡EJERCICIO NO AUTORIZADO DE ABOGADO DE ELENA ORIZABAL!
El State Bar of California proporcionó esta carta a mis amigos que eran "clientes" de la Sra. Orizabal. Ella es un FRAUDE y no tiene autoridad legal para trabajar en su caso.
