One of the few branches that is actually staffed with Real, direct contact people.
And those poor Staffers are seriously overwhelmed by the number of clients waiting.
This branch is inside Walmart & I've never seen it with less than 5 people waiting in line. Clients have to stand in the middle of the thoroughfare for Walmart shopping cart traffic & it's really crummy all the way around.
