I needed help linking my email list landing form to my website and sought support from Tuminds. Rene contacted me promptly and we set a date for an online meeting. During our meeting, Rene clearly and patiently talked me through exactly what I needed to do, helping me fix something that I'd been struggling with for weeks! By the end of our session, I had achieved my objective and also got a few more helpful email list set-up pointers. Last week, I had the pleasure of attending three workshops led by Rene Louper from Tuminds Ltd. in Orkney: ChatGPT for Beginners, Video Marketing for Small Business Owners, and Content Creation for Facebook and Instagram. Each session provided valuable insights on how to enhance my social media content. However, I must say, the ChatGPT course was particularly eye-opening.

As someone who knew very little about AI, I entered the workshop with an open mind and left feeling incredibly inspired by the wealth of knowledge and tips Rene shared. His passion for the subject was evident throughout his presentation. The workshops were engaging and hands-on, avoiding the typical long slide presentations and instead focusing on practical, personalized guidance for each participant.

Today I had a 1:1 review with Alastair, who took some time to assess our about-to-be-launched new website and provided me with some top tips on what works, but also where we could make some improvements, to help make the customer experience as good as it can be.
