I would give zero stars if it was possible. I was denied a credit card after being told I was approved because I couldn't immediately provide two paystubs of pay information from my job. I tried to call back and the guy didn't answer. Why would you deny me after telling me I was approved? Don't lie to me in the first place. I needed a chance to provide two paystubs and I did try calling to say that. It's not my fault that I was sent to voicemail. I don't appreciate being lied to. I personally feel like the credit card program is a scam and I don't recommend anybody apply for their credit card.

On my second trip to Trustone to get my accounts straightened out I had the luck to end up with Michael Wynn. This young man was actually telling me what I needed to do before I even had to ask. He is friendly, very knowledgeable, and helpful. I will make sure I see him anytime I have a question or need help, so yes I would recommend him to anybody looking for help with their banking needs.

We worked with Josilyn G. On getting a Home Equity Line. She made the process go so smoothly, answered any questions we may have had and was very clear on what we needed to supply her. We can’t thank her enough and love doing business with TruStone. Everyone at the Northside branch is friendly and helpful, like banking should be. Will highly recommend!

The Worst bank around do not bank with them!!! Had money in my account to make a big purchase from walmart and there fraud protection kept blocking me. A week later $25 more for the purchase that they don't want to help with when it's there fault. Finally got it ordered and the dumb self centered wouldn't even call her a lady tried to blame it on potential Walmart scammers and myself. Can't wait to close my account with the place. There are other banks don't go here!

Terrible customer service the old blonde lady is so rude. I wish I knew her name to put it on here. She wouldn’t cash my check and gave me a nasty attitude about it, saying it would take 3 days of pending cause I didn’t have the funds but I’ve been cashing checks there for a long time without money in my account, I keep all my money in my chase account I just go to TruStone to cash it so I can get it right away... never had a problem. I’ll never go there again. And I’m removing my accounts with them and going else where. She’s so miserable.

I’ve recently opened a new bank account and honestly did not read the fine print which I should have about the criteria of being a new customer. Anyways long story short wasn’t able to access my money when I wanted it and was going to close my account. Linda Finch at the Kenosha branch explained to me everything and re went over everything I’ve must of forgotten. I highly recommend this place and specifically Linda Finch branch manager if you are looking into opening an account.

Worst credit union ever. Stay away from TruStone and pay the extra 2-3% at a real bank for auto or any loans. They refuse to service the loans, they refuse to answer there phones or return numerous voicemails from customer and or messages from call center in minnnesota including managers!! STAY AWAY!!!
