I just want to share my wonderful experience I have had with our North Lake Tahoe real estate agent, Tristan Roberts. He helped us sell our condominium and found us the perfect home. This was not an easy task since we were remote for most of the process. Tristan proved to us we were in the best hands, his communication, honesty, diligence, and thoroughness were above and beyond. Because of these traits we knew Tristan would be the perfect property manager for our rental. He has proven us correct repeatedly. Tristan manages all our reservation and finds the perfect renters. Before renting Tristan calls and builds a relationship with the potential renters. He can identify problematic renters before they turn into problematic renters. We have well over 40+ 5-star reviews and every one of them compliments Tristan his communication and how well they felt taken care of during their stay. Tristan watches over our property when guest are not there as well. In fact, over this last president weekend a bear broken into the house. Lucky the house did not have any food inside, so he left quickly. However, the bear did break down the front door. Tristan was able to get the door boarded up, get the front door fixed and reinstated before the weekend was over. I highly recommend Tristan for any of your real estate or property management needs.

I called Tristan Roberts randomly, to get some information on my home in Lake Tahoe. I have never met him and yet he went out of his way to help me. I never expected he would turn out to be so helpful. Honestly, I had called one other realtor and I didn't get much help so I tried Coldwell Banker and I was lucky enough to speak with Tristan. Maybe, if one day my family and I decide to sell (not on our minds at this time), I would most definitely work with this gentleman and definitely recommend him! I would just like to add how helpful and out of the way, Tristan has been in finding and referring me to an appraisal that was able to appraise my property in Lake Tahoe. I was so fortunate to find someone like Tristan. One million thanks to Tristan!!

We were fortunate to meet Tristan from one of his creative promotions for another property. It could be seen from the start he has the client in best representation. Our experience has been 5 plus stars. Tristan brings a complete professional and experienced level that is above other realtors. No matter the size of the property, his level of effort is unmatched.
I was also amazed with his vast local connections that still benefit us since our closing date. You name it, he finds an answer or solution for the property.
Our Tahoe dream home project may have never have come to reality during the heat of the Covid crisis. Tristan was able to save the day many times. His patience and willingness to represent us with honest integrity makes me look forward with working with him again in the future.
I was also impressed with his intentions to get us the best deal, while not concerning himself with just making the sale. That became very apparent once we experienced a climate never seen before with the corona crisis. Once again, Tristan weathered the new changes and made it happen where others would have given up. He is a solid good person and realtor.

We met Tristan 10 years ago when he helped us buy our home. He recently helped us sell the same home, a second home. Tristan goes above and beyond. We had roof damage which caused internal damage to repair before the sale. Tristan happily helped coordinate with contractors and stayed on top of repairs which was difficult for us to do remotely. He is positive and a pleasure to work with. I would recommend Tristan for any real estate need.

I normally do not write reviews of any nature, but Tristan stood out to me as one of those individuals that will literally go above and beyond for people. I sent an inquiry to Tristan and he replied within 20 minutes! The inquiry had nothing to do with buying or selling a house. I was looking for a property management company for a home in Tahoe. Tristan was the contact for our airbnb rental and was absolutely great! He was very easy to reach and all communications were clear, efficient, and always figured out! He made our trip seamless. Our rental canceled last minute and he responded right away to our urgent request and helped us get into the new house as soon as possible, no issues or problems! Thanks so much!!!!
