Contacted Tresp, Day & Associates as a small business owner to assist with a complex matter that crossed over into my personal life. Johnny Nitti was assigned to assist me with my matter. Mr. Nitti was professional, gave very sound advice, provided multiple options/end-result choices while sighting foreseen/possible risks. I will reach out to the firm and Johnny Nitti again should additional complex matters arise. Also, for those who have dealings within California and Nevada, Mr. Nitti is licensed in both states.

Additionally, the office staff is top notch. I presented my request for assistance to Courtney who spoke with the attorneys on my behalf and communicated with me prior to setting up my appointment.
