Sam is a top-notch business broker and works on the most complex deals until they close. I've seen him sell businesses in pretty much any area of the economy you can think of in the under $10 million range -- manufacturers, services, professional practices, publications, you name it. And he's also an expert in negotiating more than the price but the structure - earnouts, partial sale and lease of the building - it's much more than just a price. I would highly recommend talking to him before you sign with another broker.
