I had the chance to attend Amy's Friday morning Group Sound Bowl Healing class. The class was small and intimate, which I appreciated since it's not intimidating for a first timer. Yoga mats were provided which I thought was a nice touch. Also, signing up for the class is super quick and easy. I felt incredibly relaxed and centered after the class was over. It's so nice having a service like this right here in my neighborhood. I highly recommend Amy's Group Sound Bowl Healing class.
