If interested in making your professional and personal life more balanced, call Dr. Radermacher today! He has made running a Chiropractic Clinic easier and aloud me to focus on “why” I became a Chiropractor in the first place, to care for the patient. Our practice has been using his systems for years to help patients choose the care they want. It helps each doctor in the office know what the others are saying and helps the patient understand it is indeed their health and their problems that need to be addressed. Dr. Radermacher and TPMI offer a unique and effective approach to training doctors to become more effective and more successful in helping patients. His Intensive Seminars are spent role playing with other doctors to help develop communication skills. As a consultant and trainer he takes a personalized approach with every client. He tailors his training to my needs and has helped me to become a better communicator and a better doctor. I highly recommend TPMI and Dr Radermacher.

I have been part of TPMI for over 6 years and I can say the office has grown every single year and we are about triple the size we were when we started. The systems TPMI implements are time tested and make running an office smooth and fun. The systems used by both staff and doctors simultaneously is priceless. In 2000 I was referred to Dr Mark Radermacher and TPMI. At the time I was 8 years in practice and found other programs had successful components however often they were fragmented and did not fit together as a cohesive whole or there was not enough emphasis on the the real majors to practice success. When I started with TPMI, I saw a system that fits together, and most importantly, a style of coaching that majors on the majors. The style, systems, communications, staff management, and traits I learned at TPMI have been foundational for the success that I have been blessed to receive. Over the years I have had over a dozen associate doctors and the TPMI principles have been the main training manual to take them from the steps of implementation to excellence to independence. In addition, I have found the TPMI community of doctors some of our best friends and colleagues over the years.
