I want to thank THINK-PLC for their for their patience and flexibility during
COVID-19 pandemic! THINK-PLC was contracted to help Magnum Venus Products upgrade a 3D Thermoset Printer at ORNL ( Oak Ridge National Laboratory ) Knoxville, TN from Allen Bradley PLC based CNC to Siemens 840D PC based CNC controls. The contract consisted of design, build, test, program, and help during the installation.
1. Designed and built the main electrical panel to meet all of ORNL
electrical requirements.
2. Through testing of the electrical panel to be done before shipping.
( The panel was awesome, it exceeded all expectations!! )
3. Basic PC, CNC, HMI and PLC programs where to be tested before
shipping .
4. Installation to be completed without any major problems.
( Installation was very difficult due to COVID-19 ), installation dates
kept changing. Access to ORNL was very limited.
During the whole process of this project, THINK-PLC exceeded all expectations!
Overall THINK-PLC is the right company for your project needs!
( Safety, Quality, Throughput, and Cost effectiveness will be achieved when using THINK-PLC )
