I was a very happy customer with the cpa, Richard Prantil, when his business was at 220 N.Wellwood. When he left, I had the worst experience with TTFC. They gave me the wrong quotes for the returns, poor communication, the left hand didn't communicate with the right hand, I told them verbally and put on my online acct that I changed banks, and they sent my returns to my closed account, left my former address on the returns, and when they finally mailed me copies of my returns, they never sealed the envelope! All of my info was exposed and had the potential of being lost. In my 40+ years of doing taxes, I have never seen anything like it. I'll never recommend these Keystone Cops to anyone.

I have been with Vince since 2001and I will not let anyone else do my taxes or guide me with funds. Vince is super friendly, knowledgeable and thorough. I always know what is going on and I am so happy with Vince and his team. Holly always messages and calls me with updates as well as Vince. Even when they are so busy they manage to do it all. Tax season is always a pleasant time for me with Vince at the Tax and Financial Center.

Five star rating from the first phone call to make the appointment with a very pleasant young man who fit me in within 24hours. Beautiful, clean and modern office. Meticulous professional caring staff to greet me.
The accountant was personable, knowledgeable and informative. He was also very friendly.
I’ve always done my taxes online, going forward I will save hours and a headache by having them do it for me. Affordable rates, easy, prompt and pleasant process! The amount of the return was a great surprise as well. I highly recommend this office. If you refer someone or are referred you even get a gift card. 5 stars.
