They were amazing! We were walk-ins and were able to sit in with Jeanette. Very knowledgeable and friendly. She educated us a lot about our taxes, which included one from out-of-state. During this busy tax season, she was able to even squeeze in another appointment for my parents, I would definitely recommend her.
