Stephanie does excellent work. She is up to date on tax laws and does everything she can to save you money. She is always pleasant and professional and, more importantly, ethical and trustworthy. That can be hard to find these days so when you find it, you hold on to it. I will return as long as she’s in business. I’d rate her 10 stars if I could!

Customer service is great. Stephanie and her staff are very knowledgeable, and eager to help. She’s always responsive to any questions you throw at her. She will tell you what you can do, what you can’t do, and more importantly why. I always have a clear understanding of what needs to happen next when I leave her office. Sadly my experience has also been echoed by others who have used her tax services . Inexperienced , hard to communicate with , completely bungled an entire tax year that has now a $1300 penalty because it wasn't done correctly. If you want to make your life hard, hire Stephanie.
