We will never forget what happened in June of 2021 when we were driving in our car and got slammed into by a distracted driver. I had multiple pelvic fractures and my girlfriend also had broken bones. We were immediately taken to Long Beach hospital for our injuries where I had multiple surgeries and was in the hospital for a month's time. We had used Stanley Franklin law for another accident back in 2017 and we loved what they did for us. I was involved in a pretty bad car accident. It was my first car accident. The guy ran a red light and crashed into the front of my car. After he hit my car, he hit a bus bench. The police was called and a report was filed. Prior to the police arriving I tried to exchange information with the guy and he completely ignored me. I waited for the officer to arrive and let him know that the guy refused to give me his insurance info. The officer was very kind and told me that he would get all the info that I needed in the police report.

The officer came up to me after he intervened several people and he suggested that I look for an attorney because the guy had told him he was going to hire an attorney to sue me because “I had ran the red light” Thank goodness there was a witness that was very cooperative and gave me his information. He was almost hit by the truck too.

My husband and I started looking for an attorney just in case. I still wasn’t sure if I needed to hire one. When we talked to our insurance company they told us it was his word against mine, I told them I had a witness that saw the entire thing and could talk to them and they told me they didn’t need his information.
