Cheated out of $1000. I felt pressured in my initial meeting to get a trust. To get a will and medical directive was $2500, and to get a trust was an additional $1000. I did not think she would help me if I did not do the trust. I said yes. The very next day, in person I told the receptionist I did not want a trust. No trust was done. On signing day, after I signed the documents and felt safe asking, I asked for the refund of the $1000 for the trust that was not done. I asked again a couple of weeks later. Maybe I am old-fashioned but I could not keep money for something I did not do. Otherwise, I guess she did a good job with the other documents.

I first seen a Facebook post about their Wine & Wills event, which was free to attend, not to mention easy to register for said event. They actually had a great setup for this event that honestly i was surprised that it really was FREE. The food was (Italian food) was yummy, they had a local bartender serving alcoholic drinks (wine was my fav) & the location was beautiful too! Heather (who I started the whole process with) was very knowledgeable on the subject & answered all questions that were being asked by other participants including mine. My sister and I were probably the youngest ones (in our early 30s) there so we kind of felt out of place but Heather and her client services director (Angela) were still very friendly to all of us in attendance. From the first initial consultation to my signing ceremony the whole process was very easy to navigate and understand! It sounds intimidating but you literally get told step by step what you have to do (if applicable) and what to expect. Also, I loved how Heather offers payment options for those who may want/need it, how she clarified what each package entailed & helped tailor the package I chose. Her office is very cute, clean & comfortable and all the staff members i worked with Angela, Kory & Heather who were all exceptionally friendly and helpful. I’m pleased with the outcome, price point & customer service. Would highly recommend this office for your estate planning!
