Worst lawyer I have ever came in contact with. He does not answer his phone nor does he contact you back. He rarely shows up to court he will send his partner without notifying you.who I’ am not even shore is a lawyer. The judge has told his partner next time tell Jason to appear because he had no knowledge of the case anytime he appears for Jason which is a lot. He absolutely does not know what he is doing. He will take your money & sell you a dream. Don’t waste your time or your money because you will be very disappointed. I have also referred others to him, he never showed up to arraignment court while client was detained the family had to put the house up for bond due to lack of representation. They had to find a new lawyer after spending 2,500.
Don’t waste your time here this is not someone that loves there job and works there hardest for there clients. Very disappointed.

Parking ticket? Fake reviews? Doesn’t know about DWI’s? Not SHORE if you guys are on the correct page. Jason has been my attorney for 20+ years. I got into quite a bit of trouble in my early 20s. Including TWO DWIs. I believe it was 5 arrests. Never once had to post any bail. Bond. Or whatver. Don’t even know exactly how a bond works. Wasn’t sentenced to a day in jail for anything. Those that are complaining about having bail set, is it possible that you had a history or even one missed court date in the past? Probably.
I can understand the frustration when he can’t make appearances in person. Because I’ve been there. My first case when one of his colleagues showed I wasn’t happy. He looked like a college student. But at the end of the day everything worked out just fine.
If you have an attorney that shows up at every hearing which is probably at least 5 from what i recall, then that’s who you should question. Good reputable attorneys can’t be in multiple courts at the same time. They take care of it behind the scenes.
And I’m 99.99% sure he didn’t sell any dreams. Lawyers don’t promise anything. Ever. Anyways my wife made a false statement to the judge and got a protective order. Sheriffs came and escorted me out of the house. I’ve been looking for a family lawyer but nobody would give straight answers. $5k-7,500 retainer with no guarantees. And they take $550 an hour of time spent on your case. How do you know if they worked or not? Not possible. I just wanted an attorney to get me visitation asap.
Then I get arrested in CT because my wife reported the car stolen. So I called Jason who’s number I still have memorized to this day. While giving me advice about stolen vehicle I was surprised that he also does family law now. (At a flat retainer so if it’s your last penny you don’t need to worry about being dropped). What a relief. I have no doubt he will get things done. And his strategy which I won’t discuss here for obv reasons, I love it!
If you want a good aggressive attorney with balls of steel he’s your guy. He knows how the other side thinks because he used to be a prosecutor. I will update on the outcome. And for you skeptics look up my name. Queens, NY. You’ll see what I’ve said is facts.

Jason Russo is an absolute professional and handled my case with 100% dedication. I never felt as if I was just a case file to him. Whenever I had questions, he was quick with responses and advice. I couldn't recommend this man more. Choosing Jason as my lawyer was the best decision I could possibly have made.

So I get a recommendation from a friend who said Jason was gonna save her husband from jail time. I get a DWI at a checkpoint, so I went to him and immediately asked if he was familiar with DWI cases. He assured me he WAS. What a lie..! I ended up giving HIM a lesson on the interlock system in my vehicle, he kept sending his partner to court instead of himself ( even after promising to be there)... I informed him I was getting an ankle bracelet put on... He said, “ No way”. Yup, I got one, he thought it was for 30 days. Nope... 6
Months. I asked if he knew what I was signing in court. He was honest and said ......” No”. This guy is the worst. Then when I questioned him,he hung up on me, never to be heard from again. BIG WASTE OF MONEY... p.s. Needless to say, my friends husband went to jail.

Easy to be skeptical, but online reviews hardly do Jason justice. He listened to my case and gave me accurate depiction of the outcome (if not more favorable). Very positive experience.
