Charles Gause has the worst customer service I have experienced in a long time. He does not seem competent in what he is doing. He is very hard to get in contact with. He is rude to you once you figure out his BS and he will try to scapegoat questions and raise his voice and argue with you to cover himself. He does not value your business, yes he emphasize that to me. That is the reason I am even writing this review. To keep it simple all I can say is you might want to look around for a better more respectful agent the Charles Gause... The insurance company said I am stuck with this individual until my policy renews. So that sucks, he's saying he does not need my business and they are saying I can't switch agents. Tell what level of quality am I paying for at this moment...
