over 3 hours and heavy as 💩 didn’t even start to load for about 1.5 hours. Plus drove into one side, was told to go to the other side, then told to go back to the first side that I went to. No scale onsite or even close also, pretty bad considering loads are right at 44,000. Not sure how the place is for drop and hook operators.

Total clown college at best. If you have a drop n hook at ...1500 you have to go to 1600 address and get your paperwork, then go to 1500 address and drop. Super super tight drops made for box trucks. I had to drop perpendicular to the trailers as there were no open spots. The yard goat is golden, he knows what's going on and the only reason I gave one star. Disorganized at best is this facility.

The guard name Joseph is so aggressive toward me when I check in at the guard house for no reason..when he found out I called my employer Wal-Mart he changed his attitude like lightning that fast..from aggressive to very very nice guard guy he even called me sir..be very careful that guard don't let him talk you like a lower class human being

Really rude pieces of craps working here have no respect for drivers dont know how to talk to drivers they will ignore you sitting right infront of you

Well made and designed layout for truck drivers, workers were nice except that finding a person to check in with was a bit of a mess otherwise very good experience. I just wish they would update their address information on Google maps for those of us trying to find out to driver their load.

It was Ok but the security guard at the 1st gate didn't ask any questions and just directed me to the 2nd gate. 🤔👎🤔 Had to make a Uturn and go out to next gate went into Shipping and Receiving office checked in but shipper said No, have to go back to 1st gate again bc load is over there and I'll have to drop and hook there plus the security guard has my Bills. 🤔👎👎😠🤔👎👎 Idiot. So I had to make another Uturn go back and tell security my load is in that lot and he has my Bills. 👎👎😠👎👎 Long story short what should have taken me 20mins took 50min bc the dumb security guard don't want to do any work made it harder for me. 👎👎👎👎

Nice faculty everything is perfect got dock number from guard shack pretty cool guy helpful be prepared for load number before go to guard shack. Only thing i hate is i was on dock guy came and didn’t let you know and removed my gland hand and broken off rubber of my gland hand

Check in 1.30 pm appointment 2.00 pm right a way get dock and start loading. And done by 2.35 pm . Thanks to time to loaded
