There were several references from the Bigger Pockets forum that I belong to who all spoke highly of Dave and his company, The 1031 Investor.

Extremely well organized, efficient and without a doubt; Dave has a great team and got me to the right person throughout the process.

His teams attention to detail and communication for the sale of my relinquished property and the purchase of my replacement property while doing the 1031 exchange was seamless. I realize this may not always be the case but for my 1st exchange, I could not have been more fortunate.

Much like the title company, who was also familiar with Dave’s company, I could not have been more pleased with their proficiency, effectiveness in executing tasks, communication and overall performance that made my sale (relinquished property) and purchase (replacement) a success.

Dave made himself available for a consultation that allowed me to ask questions about the process. Having walked away with just a little knowledge I did some research and would email Dave who always promptly answered. And this wasn’t just before the exchange started, it was throughout when the contract for sale of the relinquished property began to the very end when I had the replacement property under contract.

Doing my 1st 1031 exchange I think it’s a lot of moving parts to consider and I am grateful this exchange company definitely knew the business.

I would highly recommend ”The 1031 Investor”. They made this entire process very easy to navigate. The reminder emails were helpful detailing the next steps and the reminder of the 45-day identification list that needed to be submitted to Dave.

Happenstance would have it that I closed on 7/25/2024 for the sale of the relinquished property and 8/26/2024 for the purchase of my replacement property.
