They have friends among the communities that they provide favor to no matter their position. Disgraceful, disgusting, and absolute filth. Despite signing an affidavit canceling out my child's support the office is still continuing to take my Child support payments out of my paycheck And is not responding to the messages I sent to them online even though it was supposed to be retro acted to the 1st of the month it is now The 18th and I am still making payments and not getting an answer as to why? I currently have my son with me and am having to make the child support payments leaving me struggling with not enough money to support my child. There has been multiple occasions where this specific child support office has gone above and beyond to take things away from me and to make sure they get every single Penny that they can out of me. It is time for child support reform

I have always paid my support obligation ,but when i got hurt it took a month to receive my payments . This office has called harassing me since june 2015 because i got hurt . They started taking payments from my disability and held full months of payments from each bi weekly check i was receiving . when i complained they replied by sending me money back then claiming i never paid it . after 6 months of that back and forth they started taking it regularly but not enough i called and complain , I never receive a response now they claim i owe $ 900 even tho i have my disability taxed every check . PLEASE SOMEONE GET THIS AGENCY A CALCULATOR . If my 6 year old can figure out how to divide the obligation into 2 payments a group of state workers should be able to also

They love to drain both my personal and business account a few times a year even though i pay every month. it's the cruelest thing ever. try to buy groceries and your card gets declined because nobody even bothers to inform me. F U Tehama county.

When your looking for this office and you question google maps because the location of child support is so stupid its un real. Its located in a warehouse out in the middle of no where. Stupidest thing ive ever seen
