I had the pleasure of working with Bayron recently at the Youth Camp & Retreat Center I help manage in Occidental, where him and his team installed a 70v Line Array system in our roughly 7,000 sq. ft. main lodge. Bayron is an incredibly punctual and professional individual. He was able to coordinate and execute the project within our rather narrow timeframe perfectly. The system took its maiden voyage the day after it was completed by a keynote speaker to a group of 350 people. This is a group we host every year and historically it was incredibly challenging to clearly hear their keynote speakers due to the nature of our main lodge. The system Bayron and his team installed blew them away, total clarity.

On one of the days with this group we were experiencing an issue with two of the speakers, no fault of his team or himself, and Bayron made the drive out to solve the issue late in the evening after he had put in well past a full day of work on another project in San Francisco.

In regards to the planning and construction processes, Bayron provided different options to accommodate our budget and was fully transparent with what we gain and lose at different tiers. As a non-profit a sound system like this is a major investment for our facility and I expressed the importance that this system was modular and expandable to meet any future needs or requirements for repair. I felt that these factors were met above and beyond. The installation went very smoothly and his team accommodated all our requests. Any changes Bayron needed to make he cleared with me prior to proceeding.

I would have no doubt recommending Bayron and Tech4U to anybody looking to elevate their space in the audio, video, or automation field and I hope I have the opportunity to work with him again in the future.

Bayron did a fantastic job. This is the first time in years I’ve had seamless high speed internet, and Bayron worked hard to achieve that. My house and internet service had technological issues that precluded effective WIFI and Bayron continued to troubleshoot over multiples visits to determine the exact problems that needed to be fixed. He also did a great job mounting our frame TV and improving/setting up the previous homeowner’s outdated and unconnected speaker system. Lastly, Bayron always sought the most cost effective solutions that made sense without sacrificing quality. He is patient, kind, and knowledgeable and I would recommend him for even the most complex tech projects.

Byron was so helpful. I had a complex networking issue, impacting my home network as well as my Control4 home automation system. Byron replied within minutes and patiently gave me advice over the phone. I followed Byron's guidance and was able to rectify all issues. Bayron is very helpful and super easy to work with. I wanted to purchase a Mantle Mount for our new TV. He confirmed it was the right size, made some parts recommendations, and helped put my mind at ease since we were pushing the measurements a bit and it would be a tight fit. AND since he was out in the field, he offered to bring the mount directly to my home, rather than having me pick it up at his shop! Talk about service!! Great guy, great service.
