Eddy at Tech Me Back is the absolute BEST! From extremely fast responses to a great attitude to his recommending fixes that might not even put money in his pocket, Eddy is one of a kind. I was also impressed with his deep well of Apple knowledge.

My MacBook Air kept dying. Eddy walked me through some steps over the phone to learn more about the problem, then sent me a link to recalibrate my battery and see if that fixed the issue. When it didn’t and it was clear I needed a new battery, Eddy sent me an Amazon link to an affordable one and said he could help me install it if I wanted, but that it was pretty easy to do myself. He spent SO much time walking me through everything to diagnose and fix my issue and he might not even make a dime out of the process. You simply don’t find business owners like this anymore. If you have tech issues, RUN, do not walk, to Tech Me Back!
