I really enjoyed the servsafe class. Mr. Adams is a great teacher/instructor, he kept the class very interesting and encouraging!! He has a wonderful spirit, and I would recommend that any and everyone that work in the food service industry take the class, you will really enjoy yourself and learn things that you would have never thought about while working in the kitchen.

I recommend for anyone who's ready to get their Food Certification License, to consider TEAM A.M. CONSULTING, INC. The classroom was a great learning environment, and the teacher assured that not one person was left behind. Mr. Adams was well educated on the information we discussed in the class. I enjoyed my experience, and know that I am more knowledgeable now in the Flow of Food. Also, not only will I use this in the work place, but I will utilize these tools in my home life as well. AWESOME! From the first time I used Team AM (Shreveport) for Food Safety Training (ServSafe) I was very pleased with the knowledge, professionalism, clear and precise presentations that they presented me and my associates. We left the training with several best practices to implement. I have worked with several brands to include Marriott and Wyndham and have participated in lots of training. George was a very professional teacher he made real life relations to every PowerPoint that helped me understand exactly what it was about. He is a very nice teacher and allowed all questions to be asked when studying the PowerPoint before the test.
