This is my fourth year doing my taxes here ,the customer service is great. The owner helped me out and explained to me what was needed to get my taxes done. She made the process easy. It is worth having a professional do my taxes compared to someone messing them up.

Don't use these people for your tax purposes. They don't show up for their scheduled appts. IRS never received our taxes. Try to get it corrected but women who did the taxes never keeps her appointment in Taft.

Bad service all around. Been filing taxes for years and then 2016 came out owing money to the IRS when nothing had changed. We tried going, it was closed when there hours said open from 4-7pm. We had went in at 4:30pm. We also tried calling several times with no answer at all until the 3rd/4th call. Do not recommend at all as the owner tried to say “we did not make any errors.” when there was clearly an error.
