It is difficult to get a response from the office, but once you do it is worth it. Paul is, hands down, the best tax person I have ever dealt with. I like that he finds every legal deduction and I never have to worry about things not being kosher because he was an IRS investigator.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. The main person who runs this place, Paul for one is very rude, condescending, disrespectful, sexist, and highly unprofessional. He makes unsolicited comments and gives his unsolicited opinions when that's not his job to begin with. He also acts like he's high and mighty because he deals with "high profile clients". Last year during tax season he was very disrespectful to my wife and then this year (which will be the last year we ever do taxes with him) we filed jointly and today was the last straw with his condescending behavior and remarks. I feel I've been conned paying this guy's company to do my taxes because I feel he's being rewarded for his behavior towards people. Not to mention the lack of communication from him and his employees for months on end when trying to get an extension and also finally set up an appointment to do our taxes. I do not recommend this place at all. Save yourself the trouble and headache and avoid this place at all cost.

I always hated to do my taxes because I would pay more then 3k and since I started going with Paul nothing but great news all the time no more 3k...I strongly recommend him and his team THEE BEST and I and my family will continue coming here....he is always on top of his game I have no more worries about paying so much he is the best and 100% recommend him

I have called numerous times and have written emails asking them to let me know what is going on with my taxes and they keep giving me the run around. At this point I am getting concerned that their is something shady going on.

Dennise Martinez on my tax was told this is not a shop around location that she will not help me out. Don’t know how this place is still in business
