Maybe they were once good, but not anymore

Although they can recommend by a long time client who had nothing but great things to say about Victor, apparently Victor has chosen to retire and put the business in his daughter, Valerie’s, hands.

A terrible move as, by her own admission, she doesn’t have much experience and would have to lean heavily on her dad who was trying to get out of the business to be able to handle filing my taxes but assured me, everything would be fine… This was, of course, at our first consultation where I paid immediately for this time.
However after this meeting, quickly things nose dived into the abyss

I put my trust in this company and not only did they drop the ball and never filed anything but they dodged my calls, texts and emails for months, and when I did ever get Valerie on the phone via her personal phone, she was either returning from vacation, or on her way to another and promise to get back to me, but never did

As you can tell, all this ended up putting me behind filing cut off and caused me penalties and interest and weeks of playing catch-up with both the state and the IRS

Of course, they won’t acknowledge any responsibility in this nor did they offer to help offset any of the penalties or interest they caused
