After struggling filing my own taxes for years I finally decided to get it prepared and filed through a third party company. I was very pleased on how effortless the process was to prepare and file and definitely saved some money this year. I usually procrastinate on taxes, but since they made the process so easy, I got it done very quick. I inquired and was promptly followed up within the next few hours. Everything was done and prepared within 2 business days and all I had to do was sign and upload! I will be recommending this group to my friends and family as well as hiring them every tax season! Don’t trust these guys. We spent a ton of money with tax amendments they suggested. Only to be audited and still be out the money we are owed. They are unorganized and forced us to file an extension, despite having all details to them months in advance, and then pushed off doing our taxes even though we needed them done for our refund. They don’t seem to back up their work and “lost” the information we provided them. They told us not to keep receipts but now that we are being audited say we need all receipts. With an upcoming deadline on the audit, they close the office for a week without saying anything to us and leave us to handle it on our own. I will never use them again, fair warning to stay away.

I started a business and thought I was fine. Along came tax season and I realized I was in trouble. I happened to spot a white Lexus, called the number on it and the rest is history. I now have an S Corp and a team of experts in my corner. They took care of everything I needed, even some things I didn't know I needed. Don't make the same mistake I did and do your research before trusting their suggestions! Completely took advantage of a new business owner and made changes to my business filing as a positive and I will be paying for that this year! It was a complete sales pitch to make more money and I have so disappointed I trusted their word.
