Tax Ninja is basically a data entry company. Per the owner they will put your numbers in right or wrong from your W2. They do not double check the numbers.
My W2 seemed wrong to us and we even asked about it. They said it was ok and four months later we are still trying to fix our taxes because my employer didn't do my taxes correctly. We only found out through the Arkansas revenue department what was wrong not Tax Ninja.
I asked the owner of Tax Ninja why they didn't catch it and that's when I was told they only enter numbers and do not double check anything. Our last tax preparation place would never let that happen.
Is Tax Ninja worth the money if they don't do anything but type some numbers in? You decide.
