I would give it a negative star if I could. For 4 years I went to this place to file my wife and I's personal and business taxes.
Eliana seemed nice and it seemed like she knew what she was doing. Then recently the Franchise Tax Board sent me a noticed stating that I was missing form 568 for 4 years!!. I attempted to contact Eliana Hernandez for 4 weeks with no call back from her. I spoke with Veronica and Alexis, who works at the same business, and told me that Elliana is aware of my situation and will be calling me back. She had ignored my calls and refused to address my situation. I was also overcharged even though her statement of charges says otherwise. If you too have had similar issues with this business and/or Elliana I suggest that you file a compliant with the IRS using form 14157. I will be looking at my legal options as well. AVOID THIS PLACE!

Completely irresponsible and unresponsive. I’ve called these guys around 15 times in the last 3 months on behalf of a bookkeeping/tax preparation client they lost.
Their receptionist keeps saying that the owner Eliana Hernandez CTEC A146119 only comes Tuesdays AM, but on Tuesdays AM, she is not there either. At this point I don’t even know if the owner is having a good time playing her clients by impersonating the receptionist.
She has been fully paid for all services rendered and not rendered. She has been provided with a flash drive (a mont ago) for a back up copy of the books and after a month, still no response.
She has prepared tax returns for a fee during 2021 after her registration expired in 11/1/2020. What she does is she checks off the Self Prepared box on the software. She should be fined by CTEC for breaking the rules she very well know and IRS for breaking circular 230 rules.
My client went today 12/23 before 3:00pm and the place is closed/locked. Their phone numbers don’t even have voicemail either. If you received good service before, you better confirm that is going to continue to happen.
