SYS IT and its owner Shahiq provided excellent, quick, and thorough service to my business. Ok, so I spent 8 hrs on a report that must be submitted by Midnight and it's now 8:45 PM. The report is late according to my boss and honestly If I did not complete by Midnight my job was on the line.
I was working in Word and had many windows open. A page popped up asking if I wanted to save my changes, because it was a new Doc I did not realize there were changes and closed the Doc.
Well it was my project!
After searching and flipping out I thought to call Shahiq at SYS IT Services.
Shahiq/SYS IT Services is the IT Support for my company where I work remotely.
SYS IT and Shahiq has been available any time that I reached out for Support so I can keep working.
Shahiq/SYS IT Services was able to recover my unsaved Doc and my working career at the same time!

Shahiq Manages my IT/Security Services. Under Shahiq’s managment for over 10yr it’s been a wonderful relationship. His expert level skill set and experienced has resulted in high productivity. When I inform SYS IT of a problem, I get an immediate response. My business downtime is minimalized with a superior response time. SYS IT has implemented Datto which has proven itself one time with great disaster recovery. It’s comforting to know my business can recover in the matter of minutes.
