Very unprofessional and inexperienced company. I recently had to deal with Jackson to view a unit. I found him very unorganized, dishonest and rookie.
First of all they lied about their available units. Second of all, to see the unit Jackson made me wait one week and keeping everything secretive. He would refuse to give me any info until the day of the viewing. He kept giving me unspecified date and time for a WEEK just for SELF TOUR!!!!! And when the day came I texted him the time that I’m available. He fully ignored my time and gave me an off time for self tour!! When I asked for an earlier time he tried to push me back to next week and at this point I’ve had enough with Jackson and I said forget it rookie!!!

This Rookie should not be working with sunny hills management. He brings the weight of the company and the integrity of the company down!

This is a bottom of the barrel Company. AVOID THEM AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE!
The representative that takes calls is a straight rude and un-experienced person named Jackson!
I promise you one thing! This company and every property that this company manages, looses money on daily bases because of this Jackson guy! He has no idea about customer service and doesn't know anything about this business and talking to people!

Very unprofessional and rude "management," at least someone named Jackson whom i dealt with two time; every time super rude, zero customer service, zero compassion, etc.. pretty much talk to you as if they gracing you with what they have for you to rent, leave it or take it. And they don't care to spend any more time necessary to listen to you, your situation, business needs, preferences, nothing.. he apologized for his behavior first time; and then did the very same thing next time a few weeks later... he didn't even honored pricing that he had in writing in an email.. super dissapointing and wasteful of time dealing with him.. not sure if that is the SHM company culture, or it was only him, but having somebody like him as a manager was pretty umaccetable.

These awful people manage a building at 4300 Long Beach Blvd. They say they pay to have elevators inspected but they don’t and only one elevator is working in a very busy building. So people who can’t manage the stairs have to wait and wait.
